We provide a range of services to meet their needs, including:

School-to-work transition support

Employment Opportunities

Adult Day Health day programs for adults who cannot work

Home and Community Support

Low-income housing options

With hundreds of youth with disabilities in schools across rural Hawai'i, we must prepare them now for lives of inclusion and purpose.
